Congratulations, you’re engaged! Pretty soon friends and family are going to start asking you about the wedding. What’s the theme? What vendors are you hiring? When do invitations come out? There are so many questions and so many pieces it can feel impossible to keep track! Don’t panic – we’re here to help with all the details so your engagement can be full of joyous excitement instead of difficult planning.
Wedding planning doesn’t have to be a burden! We always do everything we can to make sure it is an easy, wonderful experience where you see your dreams become reality. Pricing considerations include guest count, staffing, logistics and location of each event.
Full Planning
We will work with your vision to create the wedding you’ve always wanted. This includes the overall design, the theme, color palette, coordinating with vendors, planning timelines, decoration, flowers, and so much more.
With our full planning service, Dare to Dream will assist you every single step of the way. Incorporating your traditions and ideas is important to us, which is why we’ll present you with multiple options to explore for design, theme, color scheme and more. Additionally, we have an extensive list of trusted certified wedding vendors to make it easy to pick the best option for your special day! We can’t wait to start making your dreams come true!
Partial Planning
For the couple who has done the initial leg work but finds they would like some clarity and additional support in the planning process.
You have nailed down your venue, a handful of vendors, your design, and overall aesthetic but you need assistance with managing contracts, creating timelines, communicating with all vendors, and event management.
Month of Coordination
For our DIY couples and our couples who have got the planning all figured out but know they do not want to be stressing on their big day, this package is for you. Your wedding day should not be filled with running around the venue making sure that vendors have arrived, and set up on time or put out any fires throughout the day. You and your soon to be spouse should be relaxing with your parties and having the best time.

Absolutely yes! Even the most Type A couple needs a planner. Whether you need help with planning and designing your entire wedding experience or you need professionals to come in and wrap everything up in a beautiful bow the last 2 months before your wedding, you will still need someone to manage and coordinate the actual wedding day! We want you, and all of your guests to experience the wedding day and not be worried about deliveries, vendor arrivals, set up, and much more. Let us do that for you!
We love this question! Your venue manager at the end of the day is there for the venue. They are on property to make sure staff is doing the correct things and that nothing is broken, destroyed, or actually on fire. Wedding planners are there specifically for the couple. We make sure that all the other pieces of the puzzle are fitting together the way they were intended to and put out any other little fires that may appear.
Of course! Once you book us we are here to help make this journey and wedding day as stress free as possible. When questions arise or concerns start creeping in we are an email or text message away!
We highly suggest and advise that you book what we believe to be the Big 3 Vendors first. They are Venue, Wedding Planner, and Photographer. Hiring these three as quickly as possible ensures that you get their current prices, as well as have your date reserved. Remember that you should love your venue, and vibe well with both your planners and photographer because we both will be spending A LOT of time with you on your wedding day!
